All items that we stock are shipped from our Warehouse, but we always ensure that your items are well packed before they leave our warehouses to arrive with yourself safe and sound.

Mainland UK Orders

Due to our wide-range of products that we supply, we aim for orders placed on a Monday to Friday to be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed outside our Monday to Friday office hours will be dispatched on the next working day. Our orders are shipped via Yodel with Estimated Delivery Time of 3-5 Working Days.

Delivery is free on all Mainland UK orders.

If it is imperative that your order must reach you the next working day please contact us at sales@klenzsalts.co.uk so that we can quote for a guaranteed next day postal service.

Non-Mainland UK and International Delivery

We do ship outside Mainland but with additional shipping cost, which you can see when address is added to checkout screen. If you are from further afield please contact us to discuss via email at sales@klenzsalts.co.uk

Additional Information

All delivery costs are presented at the ‘Checkout’ screen once the shipping destination is chosen, before any money is taken.

Please note working day delivery does not include Sunday, Bank Holidays, Public Holidays and substitute days (see the GOV UK website for clarification).
